Be aware that it is possible to increase the speed of its internet connection on Android, including making a relatively simple change on a file system. According to the users, the speed of the 3G connection can then almost double.
The following procedure relates to the system files. If you do not follow the directions to the letter, you can end up with an unusable smartphone. Neither me nor AndroidPIT.fr can be held responsible for any damage to your device.
How to increase the speed of connection on Android?
In fact, we will modify a system file that describes the configuration used by Android for the internet connection. We will therefore enable the TCP data compression protocol / IP Van Jacobson. The 3G connection will be much faster, speed up and down (faster upload and download). Depending on your access provider, this may work or not, we must try.
Needed to start device roote. Unfortunately (or fortunately) the case when it comes to system files.
Then download the options.7z file, which contains everything you need to make the change and improve its 3G connection. You will also need a root, as ES Explorer File Explorer, any one did the trick.
And now, it's done. To test the actual download speed of your 3G connection, you can download an application of speed test on Google Play, as 4GMark.
The ideal being to test before the modif and reproduce the test under the same conditions, as much as possible. To remove the change, simply delete the file options. Feel free to share your findings in comment, indicating your operator.

- Once downloaded options.7z, unzip it, may need you a program like 7Zip. Copy thus unzipped files to your smartphone via USB, microSD, or transfer any.
- On your smartphone, open your file Explorer, go to options (pull the menu from left to the right) and select the root Explorer. Confirm with SuperSU.
- Pick the folder options that you just copy and paste it into/system/etc/ppp.
- Change the permissions of the folder by doing a long top support and selecting options: more properties and access enable for everyone reading, clear writing and enable execution. Confirm with Ok. The permissions should display "r - x r - x r - x".
- Restart your Android smartphone.
